Triple thermostatic shower valves from Hudson Reed and Ultra use a wax thermostatic cartridge to maintain a constant shower temperature. The triple valve is anti scald and will automatically shut down the shower if the cold water supply fails. The triple shower valve is fitted with three controls, one to select the showering temperature and two to control the water flow. Having two flow controls allows you the flexibility of two water outlets, perhaps a large fixed shower head and a shower handset, or for real luxury a set of shower body jets.

When a flow control is turned on, the maximum showering temperature is pre-set at 38°C, though this can be overridden. These triple thermostatic shower valves are suitable for all types of plumbing installations.
